WNA will be electing a new board on June 3rd, 2020 at 7 pm.
The WNA Board of Directors currently has several open seats. The board is particularly seeking a chair-person or co-chairs.
Acting as an Area Representative is a simple way to begin serving on the WNA board. Board positions include: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Area Representative (5), and various Committee Chairs. No experience is necessary: all you need is enthusiasm! The Board will meet six times over the next 12 months, and will hold nine General Meetings.
Living or working in Woodstock neighborhood qualifies you for WNA membership. The purpose of the association is to improve the livability of the City of Portland and of the Woodstock neighborhood; to promote and support projects and activities that contribute to these goals; and to provide a means for citizen participation and communication in determination of affairs which directly and indirectly affect the Woodstock neighborhood.
